At first, when I filmed myself performing urethral insertion, I thought it would be a temporary thing. But over time, it became something I had to do at some point during the week. Sometimes I'd stop, a week would go by, and then I'd pick it up again. My practice was progressive, not inserting anything I couldn't retrieve or that might get stuck.
